[At Vote] T-9 Ratification Resolution

I am bringing forth the following resolution, the T-9 Ratification Resolution, to the Open Parliament for a period of short discussion, to be followed in five days from the time of this post by immediate submission to the voters.

Relevant Accession (T-9): On the Accession of the Social Liberal Union to the NKVD Terms of Service

Text of the resolution:

WHEREAS, at the time of this resolution's writing the regional population of the Social Liberal Union has fallen from a peak of three-hundred-and-forty-one nations less than two years ago to a mere eighty;

AND WHEREAS, the Social Liberal Union wishes to reverse the above trend of regional population decline in a expedient manner that uses relevant technology;

AND WHEREAS, the Open Parliament has already repeatedly expressed its commitment to maintaining amicable relations with The Communist Bloc;

AND WHEREAS, The Communist Bloc maintains a Discord bot known as 'NKVD' which streamlines the process of recruiting new nations to a region, bolstering its regional population;

AND WHEREAS, the Open Parliament desires to make use of the aforementioned Discord bot, faithfully adhering to its attached Terms of Service in the process;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Open Parliament of the Social Liberal Union assents to ratification of On the Accession of the Social Liberal Union to the NKVD Terms of Service, effective immediately.
