[Passed] Proposed Amendment 12 to the World Assembly Membership Requirement Waiver Resolution

I am proposing Amendment 12 to the World Assembly Membership Requirement Waiver Resolution, which would grant waivers to Erynia and Draconia, an antifascist raider with TRF, and Thordarhyrna Lyricalia. Both are longtime members of the region.
