I've drafted Amendment 7 to the World Assembly Membership Requirement Waiver Resolution (https://parliament.slugov.com/Amendment_7_to_the_World_Assembly_Membership_Requirement_Waiver_Resolution), which grants a waiver to An-Astral (aka Libertasnia).
