Honorable Member States of the Open Parliament,
Please take notice that I, Ramelia, am incapacitated in my capacity as Chancellor and all other positions I hold in the Social Liberal Union as of this 19th of October, 2020. It is my intention to return from incapacity by 5 November, but this declaration remains in effect until withdrawn.
